what are the dimensions of the shock bolts on the bullit 07? I'd rather not have to buy the propack just for shock bolts. Can i use any bolts of the same dimenions. i've heard reports of people snapping their shock bolts. this hasn't happened to me yet and hopefully it wont. maybe the people it happened to did not use a torque wrench and check the bolts torque regularly. even though the bearings are guaranted for life which sounds sketchy how often should you install a new propack.
this bike can do it all, but it's not designed to excel at one thing. that's what they mean by that. it can do downhill and drops, but the v10 will be better, because that's what it was built for. it can also climb and be a decant trail bike, but the nomad will climb hills and ride trails a lot better, because that's what it was built for. but this can do both, the bullet bridges that gap. all they were trying to say is that it is a 'do anything and everything' bike.
dude dont put a daul crown on a bullit, its good with a 160-180mm fork. i have an 04 bullit and i love it. got a 160mm domain on it and it works FANTASTIC! and wtf? totems are awesome... you should get something along the lines of that because the geometry will be off with a 203mm fork
I have a white medium bullit with a red Chris King NoThreadset. I have white Marzocchi 55ATA's, Red Hope Pro II's with black spokes and white SunRingle rims. It's first proper outing is this weekend, but so far a fantastic frame.
ty mate :)
Im thinking of getting one and making it in to a downhill bike?
Tripple clamp 200mm forks. will this work?
Also whats the biggest rear suspension you can put in this frame ( at 19 inch frame if this matters)
and can i have no front gears i just want one downhill cog at the front so its just for downhilling,
thanks alot mate
