Hunter Solo - Magtheridon

Here is a video of me soloing Magtheridon. This encounter isn't really hard.
You can't actually kill the 5 Hellfire Channelers so they are simply tanked by the pet. During all the fight you have to kite the Burning Abyssals while dpsing Magtheridon.
Easy way to get 500 golds each week ;)

this isnt possible anymore.

the adds keep reseting aggro and pet cant keep them in the middle.

Not a single problem to kill him today. Don't hit the channelers, they will not aggro with the mend pet healing, just focus on Magtheridon (pet on Magthe too). The channelers cast shadow bolts only if you are near them. Burning abyssals last only a few minutes/seconds then others appear.

just soloed him and he dropped 56g and the epix, no idea were you guys get 500 and 600g from... might have been nerved tho :P

hmm, if you went survival, do you think you could take the adds fast enough before the boss fight?

I've just managed to kill it with my feral druid.

I might fraps it next week. The tactics there a bit different, basically outdps the initial adds with berserk bear mangle spam, and be lucky on heals, once adds are dead, there are no burning abyssals, and from there it's a simple tank and spank, with a few heals, and some cat burst :)
