This is a choral setting of 'Nimrod' from Sir Edward Elgar's Enigma Variations, arranged by John Cameron. It was recorded during rehearsal for the recital of 'Sacred Choral Classics' given by St Peter's Singers on Saturday 14th March 2009 in the church of St Michael and All Angels, Thornhill, near Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
The choir is directed by Dr Simon Lindley.

Wonderful Simon. This is one of the pieces of music I'd like at my funeral! I never knew there was a choral version. I'll have to look it up. I'm quite sure the Capriccio Vocal Ensemble of Victoria BC could do this wonderful justice! Keep it up...you and your choirs are terrific!
