The Puppini Sisters sing Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy for Cyndi Lauper's True Colors Tour at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, June 28, 2008, including a brief interlude of Plastic Bertrand's Ça plane pour moi. Almost just as entertaining is a fan in the orchestra pit, later joined by his friend, dancing to his own choreography for the amusement of the Sisters on stage (and myself). Give that guy some high heels and a wig and he'd have his own drag show going on!

Everyone was still pretty laid back this early into the show. The Puppini Sisters did get a standing ovation and, along with Wanda Sykes, the highlight of my evening.

To be honest, that's a rather standard reaction for Puppini fans. Not me personally, but many. I've been to several of their shows here in London and that's not abnormal...
