We should all start a write-in campaign that we want to see Three Dog Night reunite!
-
Chuck, you still have "IT". And given the number of years gone by, that's saying a heck of a lot.

@thugthumper1 -Last year they did !( and did a great job still , just google the video , someone has posted it ) this year I think they squeezed in some new songs on their lists , so"Eli" got bumped.

@echoNpapa The bass player is the son of Berry Oakley who was bass player for the Allman Brothers Band. He is Berry Oakley Jr. and he is Chuck's stepson.
-
@teegaro Ok....I wonder why they didn't perform "Eli's Coming" when they were at a concert about 7 weeks ago. That is a big hit, I would imagine.

No, without Chuck there's still a Three Dog Night. Its just not THE THREE DOG NIGHT!
-
@thugthumper1 Cory sings lead in the original "Eli's coming" not Chuck.
-
@echoNpapa That's true, The bass player is indeed his son. Saw them last week their great.

WITHOUT CHUCK. THERE"S NO 3 DOG NIGHT!
-
You're still the best "Chuck'"! You got it man.

He has a great voice, probably the best of the 3. However, I just saw (Three Dog Night - 1) this past Saturday night (10-1-2011) and they were excellent. It would be a treat to hear them together again. I haven't seen Chuck live, and do want to. I believe there are songs that "Three Dog Night" don't perform because without Chuck, they can't give it justice. They did not perform "Eli's Coming" or "Pieces of April". I will say that the only one that could perform solo is Chuck. Corey's good.
isn't one of these dudes his kid?
