I watched three parts - the perfect market! Arriving from Moscow, I would have slept in this market :) We have such weapons at the price of three, five times more expensive, and of course, no such choice. Will have to settle for copies :(

inside of the plate that the hammer is attached to. it is in very rough shape and it appears some1 has reblued it be4 but it is quite rusty. so we are in the process of restoring right now. just wondering if any1 had a guess on the value. also if you didnt notice part one is below this.

@Larsonthedrummerboy There's really no set value on such a piece but from your description even when restored it would be difficult to sell.

@Larsonthedrummerboy I don't know of anyone who wants one; no collector market for it. Don't mean to discourage you, fix it up, put it up for sale and see what happens, I could be wrong, but I've been in the biz for over 30 years and that's what my instincts say.

Thanks for the comment. Yes if you reallyt wanted to shoot these guns you could do so with ammunition comparable to what they were designed for-black powder loaded for the most part.
