@maratgetmanchuk Yes BoyaTech. The dimmer does work well, it gets warm at full power. The dimmer dial itself is backwards to me, clockwise turning dims it. The knob itself turns 15 times or so around. The last 8 turns or so I can see no noticeable brightness change, but my light meter tells me it is indeed there. It's just too damn bright to notice. powers up above lowest dim setting, can be backed down a bit from there. Cheers!

@m88k yep they can. you can get a 100w for 60 bucks. not a equivilant, but actual 100 watts. I own one. they go up to 300watts already. single die.

@m88k Yea it is a die, some people don't get that the die looks like a single LED chip.

Wouldn't it be better if you had the LED facing backwards into a parabolic mirror?

Pretty sure this is a hoax. It looks like one giant LED die, and no single LED can handle 100w yet as of my knowledge.

buy a power led 100w buy a driver whith a dimmer take an old fresnel beam and replace the bulb whith led! simly and powerfull!
