  • Lovely Biomechanics. I was also curious as to how dependent you are upon your oxygen, as you seem to be able to move and speak fluidly? (Im both a martial artist and a health professional). In my part of the world Ive never seen the backpack o2, what a tremendous idea.

  • @MrDogs1982

Hi - I'm quite dependent on it at the moment - hopefully I'll be out of the other side soon.

  • At 7:34, if the opponent was too strong for you to draw them in, then wouldn't they also be too strong for you to release their grip as you circum navigate? Are there any ways to get around this? :P

  • @Ice104

It gets progressively harder for them to hold on - try it with some strong training partners. There are various strategies you can try though - one is investing in loss - you may be able to perform various strikes or whatever on them anyway, even while they hold on or maybe even because they're holding on. Alternatively you can suddenly reverse or redirect the direction.
