Quit lying. Most of the cuts will be to unnecessary Medicare-Plus providers who must be subsidized because they can't complete with regular Medicare while making a huge profit off the sick and elderly. The only other cut will be in the reimbursement for uninsured care which will be reduced because everyone should have insurance.
