@sushi064 i worked out how to fix it, you have to wait for your irs to align which takes ten minutes or you can go into settings and change it to 15 secs

@ozstriker1984 i found out how to fix it, you have to wait for your irs to align which takes 6 to 7 minutes, i thought it did it automatically, you can go through settings and change the time to 15 secs

oh man, u made a lot of mistakes: 1.make sure, that the emergency lights are armed, before you do anything in the cockpit. Make also sure that you move PASS OXYGEN knob from RESET to NORMAL! otherwise, all of your virtual pax will die. After that you can switch the other knobs which are connected with the airoxygensystem.
The Equip cooling must be on at a outdoortemp. of ca. 25 degrees c*
1 Question aren't you meant to start the packs before starting the engines ?
mcwhizzkid123 2 years ago
@mcwhizzkid123 Negative. The packs use bleed air from the APU/engine source. In order to have enough bleed air supply from the APU to the engines, the air conditioning packs must be turned off.
If you've flown on a large jet, you may have noticed the air conditioning goes off for a little bit while the engines are starting.

@guy014 ok it was only a simple question no need to get defensive on me , at least i know know and yes i have flown on a large jet just not that one !!!!
mcwhizzkid123 1 year ago
@mcwhizzkid123 I wasn't being defensive, I was simply explaining to you what packs are and how they are used when starting the engines. Safe skies!

Great tutorial on the PMDG 744. I was wondering whether you have plans to create another tutorial covering the basics of an FMC setup?
Thank-you.

Certainly. Make sure you subscribe to my other joint channel; Gear Down FS.
With the help of 2 other fellow simmers, we'll go over many aspects of FS.
I once tried making an FMC tutorial but it came out to be an hour and a half long. I did cover a lot of things, perhaps too much. On this new channel, we'll go over things one video at a time.
