he's a religious lowlife for irresponsibly allowing his aging wife to become pregnant. The "loss" of the conceptus is nature's way of preventing life where there will be a 0 percent probability of survival. And because of the gestational age of 20 weeks or less it is an abortus with 0 percent chance of survival. It is developmentally non-viable, won't even make it to normal infancy.

Santorums child failed both requirements to be called an abortus, weight less than 500g and gestation period under 20 weeks.
