I finally understand this video. :O the children are living in a place where they can't watch tv or do fun things ( 0:13 )and can't act like children. So they run away 0:40 to Marilyn Manson's home (lol) to get away. but the ppl who the kids ran away from found them with mm 1:11 but he paid them money for the kids i guess and since he gave them money, they kiss his hands and what not. Moral of the video story to me; People are treated like 'Somebodies' because of their money.

@FeralFarrell yea :P I also noticed that when he gives them money he throws it on the floor, so they get down on the floor to get the money, then moving branches of some sort grab them and they are somehow in this things that turns them into pie, then the pie is eaten by Marilyn and the kids o.o sounds weird but look closely
