Julio Osegueda faces Bruce Jacobs on KFYI

Bruce Jacobs talked to Julio Osegueda this morning on KFYI. The interview wasn't what Julio expected as Bruce tore the poor kid up. Bruce also brought back Ben and Matt from 102.5 KNIX to join the conversation and have some more fun with Julio.

I think Bruce did a fine job with the interview. He really could have torn him apart much worse! This guy got great advice and now, it's up to him, and he needs to know he'll be watched. He can either stay at Mickey D's forever, or work his ass off to make something of himself. Only time will tell. Personally, I think he hadn't been able to get hired anywhere because he probably wasn't the best candidate in any category except burger flipper, and it has nothing to do with the economy. It's him.

Another thing journalists aren't really reporting on is Julio's employer DOES offer benefits. -Several different tiers to fit the employees needs. But I guess it just wasn't a free handout for Julio so he opted out of what his employer DOES offer.

I've worked so hard in the communications industry to work my way up for so many years doing anything regardless of pay or benefits, just to LEARN AND GAIN EXPERIENCE that it really pisses me off to see young people expect something for nothing!
