Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour (maida, plain flour)
1/2 cup semolina (fine sooji)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup spinach puree
Oil to fry

    Yes, you can make the dough in advance.

  • Love your videos. I am vegan. Can I substitute the ghee for something else like canola oil? Also do you have a replacement for the cheese or is it better to just remove it?

    Replace the butter with canola oil and just remove the cheese, there is no replacement.

    I use canola oil. In yogurt I mix salt, black salt, roasted cumin seed powder and black pepper.

  • Can we add anything else for health or taste, for example garlic paste or Mooli ka patta? (Raddish leaves) Im going to try this today. Hoping for the best! Fingers crossed!
