Using a mod, I set up some 128 player bot matches. My i7 930 and SLI 480's were able to handle this no problem, with maxed graphics + vsync, hovering even with lots of action around 45-60fps. Fraps lowerd the framerate to around 30fps but still good enough that I could record a movie to show all of you.
Specs: i7 930 @ 3.6ghz Nvidia GTX 480 SLI
Asus P6T Deluxe V2 Mobo
6gb Corsair DDR 3 RAM @ 1600mhz
Creative X-Fi Extreme Music Sound Card
Windows 7 Professional (64-Bit)

@ExTaZy4Del oh I also used a mod (or mutator?) that lets you be spectator with the free camera like that.
