I don't care if she's making up her stories or not -she's absolutely charming!
-
@sissillian1 Thank God, somebody finally noticed that! Judy was a sophisticated MGM star by the time little Miss Taylor came along.
-
@Ilovecats112233 Why doesn't she sound like "Dorothy?" Oh, maybe because she is ALMOST THIRTY YEARS OLDER.
-
And then again I can role-play the whole thing and analyse it. What's the name of the song that Judy was singing with the gentleman towards the end?
-
I envy Judy's ability roll the 'r' sound like a cat purring. I'm really trying to learn this skill myself, and I find I can do it better if I impersonate Judy: "Rrr-rrr-rrrutuhtuhtum, rrr-rrr-rrrutuhtuhpum ..." For one thing, being a catwoman, this is ought to be my strength! Then again, I'm only nineteen, and we in our teen years tend to have quite bland and clumsy vocal sounds. I love watching and listening to Judy so much I think I'd like to memorise all her Happy Harry story and that song!
-
LOL!!! Oh my god, I never realised she was so funny!
-
I good listen to her stories all night.

Why does she sound nothing like Dorothy?

she looked great in this interview!

If people knew more about Judy's awesome sense of humor they would love her even more. She could be so funny and charming and charismatic. Many of her hollywood friends say they never saw any of her problems because she would always cover it up with humor. She was a hit among the Bogart/Sinatra crowd cause she was so witty and entertaining.Lucy called Judy "the funniest woman in hollywood. She makes me look like a mortician!"Most people seem to remember her as a tragedy who was a good singer sadly.
