I disagree with your negative feedback. Christ is here in the present moment through all of time. The message is the integral point of all expression, I suggest you don't get hung up on the words and feel the heart. Silvie always goes to the heart and her voice keeps getting better. Thanks Silvie for another blessing in my heart through your beautiful expression and demonstration of the christ in you

I think it was actually written by a guy called Fred Jay and the Michael Holm changed the lyrics. Also I don't think the song was originally about Christmas, so maybe she just changed it to refer to waiting for the birth of baby Jesus, and we know he was Jewish/middle Eastern, so the black/white/yellow line doesn't really apply. I think you should forgive her and stay her fan :-) Merry Christmas!

Sylvie - no one has been a bigger fan of yours than me. But tonight you were an abject disappointment, in fact a downright disgrace. When A Child Is Born is a Michael Holm Song and how dare you alter the lyrics that suited your personal view of the world? The original lyircs say "and all of this happens because the world is waiting for one child, black white, yellow, no one knows". How disappointing of you to skip the black white yellow line.
Just bloody shameful! And I am a white Aussie!
