  • Great video. I love HIIT. As a former soccer player it's what keeps me in that "top of the world" feeling that being a soccer player gives. There's no better feeling in fitness to me.

  • Self motivation. The main factor in any workout cycle.

  • Thx for clarifying. The catch phrase of 7 minutes may make a few of us jump to the conclusion that 7 minutes per week is all we need.
