Now for my younger and upcomming high jumpers.
I started to coach Thibaut at Illawong LA after the Zone competition. The major task was to give him a safe run up. He progressed really well in 2007 but is now up against taller boys. Thibaut still hasn't grown any- 1.53m tall, but when he does !!!
Thibaut's other love is basketball- the local under 14 reps "Sharks". He is up against "huge" kids but that is
life !

  • Thibaut jumped 1.82m beginning of 2010 to get our state record as a 13 year old.

This year as a 14 rear old he won the state competition at 1.68m in pouring rain.

He has grown considerably to 1.78m and still has somewhat more growth to do.

I put his videos under erniepond1, if you would like to look at them.

    Thatnks for comment,

    Ernie Lee
