@h4eafy If you do every movement in the full range of motion you have strength in every centimeter of the exercise. Also the joints and the ligaments are getting stronger.

God I was just waiting for that bar to unhook. Why not do them facing the other way?

@ninjasway he's pulling to his chin. For weighted pull ups thats about the best you want. I train with him. There is not any real advantage in dropping the weight and doing a wider range.
