  • @h4eafy If you do every movement in the full range of motion you have strength in every  centimeter of the exercise. Also the joints and the ligaments are getting stronger.

  • God I was just waiting for that bar to unhook. Why not do them facing the other way?

  • @ninjasway he's pulling to his chin. For weighted pull ups thats about the best you want. I train with him. There is not any real advantage in dropping the weight and doing a wider range.
