Feb 24, 2006 The controversial, in-school TV show called Channel One ran dozens of these ads. Can you tell this is an Army recruitment commercial? At the end there is a small Army logo. Channel One is disproportionately found in lower-income areas. Richer suburban schools generally don't have Channel One News, so the rich white kids don't get exposed to confusing, yet powerful ads like this.   • @jimmelrck. you have to explain the deception in the video. Are the statistics incorrect for that period of time and area? When I went through BCT/AIT, I was one of seven high school grads out of a fifty man platoon. The rest of the platoon had GEDs.
