Waylon Weaver At (Taste of Alpharetta)

Waylon Weaver is a 31 year old soulful blues musician born in Mobile, Alabama and currently living in Warne, NC. Waylon has written, produced and recorded most of his own music doing Vocals and all instruments himself. This multi talented musician grew up in a family of musicians. His father (T Darrel Weaver) and uncle (Kenny Weaver) influenced his interest in music at a young age. Waylon picked up his first Fender at the age of 12, inspired by the death of Stevie Ray Vaughan. Waylon first set foot on stage at the age of 17 with his father in a band called Blues Berry Jam. Since then Waylon has played alongside artist such as Caitlin and Will, Fabulous Thunderbirds, Derek St. Holmes of Ted Nugent, Bobby Rush, and also worked with Producer Marlon Hunter which produced Bobby Reed, Little Richard, and many others. Waylon also earned the "Best New Talent" award from BMI Publishing. Waylon attributes his talents as being blessings from his Savior, Jesus Christ, without whom Waylon would have never come this far.
