NES was better, in this one looks like you can't jump for shit and I don't like the weapon design.

Anyone else played the mame version of this and couldn't continue after the first vertical section?

@downphoenix And then for some reason they stopped the series altogether, unlike Castlevania which went on and on. This also could've had many modern undated versions on all the consoles, but it just dissapeared. Shame.

lol, I like how in the intro for Contra ReBirth it makes fun of the "What is this place?!"
As usual, another state of the art Konami arcade game, although the NES version was still the better game.
