any way that i could retune the ECU to bypass the 150 mph limit? say with a SCT tuner or bring it to u guys.

The main reason the car is limited to ~150 mph is that the drive shaft is a two-piece system and is only rated to ~155 mph (2011 & before is ~147). The cars can easily exceed that speed, however, it is not recommended unless you replace the the two-piece with a one-piece drive shaft. Due to liability reason, ROUSH will not remove the governor, however, if you speak with a local tuner, they should be able to help you with this, but again, make sure you upgrade the drive shaft.

The cars are governed at 150mph, which is how fast they were traveling in the straights.
