3 wood for chipping huh.. but I see it only applying when the ruff has a small or no slope.

try and slow your swing down, it sounds like you are blading it, which is very common. also a common misconception is that you get the loft on an upswing, in fact you want to make contact with the ball on the down swing and make your divot (if you make one) after contact.

can some one tell me what i am doing wrong i use a 9 iron and instead of going up it goes like straight forward
