  • @LAALCHOLA LoL! this is lower limb dude! what will rectus abdominis do in lower limb? Rectus femoris is one of the heads of the muscle Quadratus femoris, google it if u don't believe. And secondly this video is not mine, it is from the DVD that comes along with BD Chaurasia textbooks

  • I know its lower limb mate, I was talking about when the lady was referring to 'Rectus Abdominis' insertion onto the symphysis pubis, which is on the hip bone, but she kept referring to it as 'Rectus Femoris', even the book she was reading from said 'Rectus Abdominis'... hahahah
