@43sllub If it's specificity you're talking about then you would be correct. But what if you're a boxer looking to get quick using these drills? Would you keep your arms pumping when they should be up protecting your chin? Or a wrestler even? Or playing defense in basketball? Your arms would be out right? The ladders are a great tool but it wouldn't be much without strength training.
