To live in the now.
I could "live in the future" only in imagination. And I could "live in the past" only through memory. Both are being observed from the now.
Remembering a time I was remembering me remembering a memory, I could do that. But That would still be one moment I'm remembering.
I could also imagine me imagining me imagining I'm imagining. And so on.
It all stems from me being in a default state of now.
Words for the sake of words. This was like reminding people they have organs.
