Awesome training clip. Thank-you. Dumb question, but is this the only way to learn the straddle? I don't think I could lift my hips, and lower legs. I have never done these types of exercise but am starting too. What other exercises do I need to do to get to this part (flexibility, etc?)

Also, if you can't get to the hand stand like u did on the vid, you can train for it by bouncing your feet from the ball getting higher and higher always trying to slow down the descent. Or by bouncing from it 2-3 times then trying to get to the handstand. Nice vids, kudos!
Just finished doing it as prescribed. Good Conditioning. But i found that in the roll to handstand part i was rounding my back due to insufficient flexibility mobility in the hip/hamstring etc. It would be great if in the future you could put up some clips your flexibility/mobility drills.

is fit ball nesssessary or i can use my chair for example?)

@Wolframm90 Hello there! if you don't own a fit ball that's not a problem at all as you can use a towel place on the front of your feet and slide back and forward to the positionor a pair of old sock.. (wood floor or slippery surface will help. hope you find this useful.
let me know how it goes
all the best!!!
