This is ridiculous. Weiner and the rest of the democrats are not stupid. They MUST know they are wrong. They must know that a the "financial interest" the law refers must be an actual present interest rather than some past payment to a spouse for services rendered.
But they are moving forward with this because they know that it will delegitimize the the inevitable decision by the Court which deems ObamaCare unconstitutional.

Clarence Thomas- 5 years without asking a question during oral arguments and he has the job for LIFE! He and his wife are exhibit one for what is wrong with this country. I don't think we'll be able to take back OUR country- apparently we'll have to BUY it back!

Anthony is such a good man.He has integrity,smarts and he always has those sleeves rolled up when he is working on legislation.He has inspired me to think of running for a local office here in east tennessee .However, this place is a republican playground but if the republicans hit me with the issues i have learned how to hit back 10x harder from anthony.THANKS ANTHONY 5 *****.
