  • I didn't know you had to tune Analog Synths.

You learn something new everyday hehe.

  • the part where he mentions going off stage for a "rub down" was fascinating. i've never used a real prohpet V but i do have a Roland JP-8 and when you press the tune key it accomplishes the job fairly quickly, certainly not enough time for the sort of explosive sexual release mr morkman is referring to. for this reason, my band is considering switching out our jupiter 8's for proph V's when we go on the tour next winter.

  • Pretty cool. But I am not sure why to buy a synth anymore. I get all this by hooking my crappy casio up to my computer to MIDI with ASIO and then playing the Messiah emulator.

  • @Hot80s

    hi

  • @BaconBricks hey geek-boy, time to get out of your parent's basement & look for work.

  • 5 is still Cool.

  • you hear? .. man thats that analog sound

  • @AirHendrix91 I remember I had to do that to an old organ I had. Came back half a year later, in the winter. Had to tune it several times (didn't know that I was supposed to wait until it was warm:P)

  • @Taud

    lol u mad

  • @BaconBricks Wow, way to take this in a totally different direction for a chance of having a pissing contest of american pride

If im not mistaken isnt it an american product? of course there is more of them there... they were made there, which brings me back to the subject of being surrounded by retards, and youtube having no short supply...

  • @Taud

    nobody lives in canada, lololol

i live in california where there's people and no snow. a jupiter 6 sold for $1800 locally this month. a minimoog D for $2300 in october. we don't get boners for "collectors value" like europeans and apparently canadians. we play our machines in america because we're the best country around B)

  • @BaconBricks HAH, youre preaching to the choir there man i actually am well aware of all of this, what you arent aware of however is that certain synths cost more because of the collectors value and rarity around here, there isnt too many of them to be had because of moisture damage to houses because flooding...etc

As for being surrounded by retards, aint that the truth and youtube has no short supply it seems
