personally i think this is a good thing for children to watch. to know that this world is not a safe and happy place. that there are people out there that are born evil. i was raised by hippies. they never hid anything about life from me. and i grew up better for that.

oh i totally agree. do you also go around telling children theres no santa clause."cause someone needs to blow that shit wide open" i say let kids be kids. childhood and innocence dont last very long. and children should hold onto it while they can. they'll have plenty of time to learn about all the horrible things that go one in the world when they are more mentally prepared. :)

its better to mentally prepare then young. that way when they reach 15 and someone tells them, " oh thats not true you've been lied to" they wont think of going out and offing themselves. i was 7 when my parents told me santa wasnt real. but i knew before then. id rather children be aware of reality then be ignorant to it.
