  • Hey thats us at Tottenham Court Road: The 2I's Club around the early 80's (2nd photo 0.25). I'm in the centre at the back next to Greg, with 'El' Nino and Dave Mumbles on the right. Its been a while but hey we're still rockin. Greg is in Slim Slip & The Sliders, Nino runs The Lady Luck Club and Mumbles runs The Brighton Rumble...Me, if its rock n roll I do it...Singing Djing, Dancing, Compering, Teaching, Events, Clubs, Weekenders...Who wants to work for a living? KK

  • Yeah, I remember you, we came to your class in Highgate back in the 80s.

  • Very cool, great days. Took a few of those b&w photos ... and I'm in a couple too. Some of these people still occasionally go out. I still love the music... haven't heard 'She's the most' in years!

  • Hello Guy, Your pics are great, thanks for letting me use them in the book.

  • @asa44sure Yes white hart, bumbles ect ect, Black tony changy ect ect,

  • @bluekatful The only one of those dudes I recognise (I think) is the one in the middle. Russell. Good bass player - played in a few bands. Never knew him as such. Mate of a mate. Indeed, pictured at 2:13 with a couple of erstwhile muckers.

  • What ever happened to The pink elephants shades, the white hart, the greyhound,Adam and eeve and bumbbles??????

  • is that richie from belsize park 1.52

  • @gav549 Good shout, but in the words of some rockin' luminary - what never died doesn't need reviving.

  • There's a poster at 1:57 - Ray Campi, Powerhouse, Birmingham, November '85, all-dayer. First-hand testimony, anyone? I know I was there. I clearl-ish remember the Campmeister, Sugar Ray Ford, the Sarno fiasco, the overpriced catering. The poster states Hasil Adkins. Did he play on the day? Cause I'm booking in for electric shock therapy if my memory's filtered him out while Sarno lives on!

  • Good stuff. Great Sound Trac.
