This song is based on Raga Janasammohini a favourite Raga of Pt. Ravi Shankar as well as other exponents of Maihar Gharana,.& not Kalavati. The two Ragas are similar, except that Janasammohini also has shuddha Rishabh. An excellent rendering of this Raga by Pandit Vasantrao Deshpande is available on the You tube
