Not necessarily it's a snare, it could be the bass too.

& not just a v-step back, it could be any move they pick to choose to hit the beat in the song; heel-toes, shuffle stomps, I do a type of heel-stomp shuffle move.

Just saying, beatriding, hit the beat with any move on time.

Just for this song, it's the snare.
