I know this isn't technically perfect, but it is my favorite performance of this program and this program is my favorite by Takahashi.

Daisuke totally revealed himself as an actor on the ice, he looks so natural and at ease that you don't care how he makes the jumps and all these difficult elements. I'm from Russia and if what i'm gonna support our Plush, but if not Plush I'll be wishing all good and the gold for Daisuke. I love his programms, his emotions, his speed, his music. That Swan Lake it's something outstanding.

<3 very great

*giggle* I think he and Stephane Lambiel are my favorite figure skaters.
I love his performance, especially the beginning. You could just tell he woke up and stumbled over something. And that trapeze artist part was cute. (And HE'S so cute. <3)
Thank goodness his knee seems to be better - he doesn't seem to have that much trouble landing his amazing jumps on his right leg.

This is an excellent program. Its gonna be some battle for the podium at the Olympics. We're talking Evegeni Plushenko, Brian Joubert, Daisuke Takahashi, Nobunari Oda, Evan Lysackek, Johnny Weir, Patrick Chan, etc. I wonder whose gonna win?

i agree with u but i have to add one more skater.. patrick.. i know he wasn't on on this competition. but.. if he sktes like he can he has a heavy chance at the gold at home.
such a FANTASTIC PERFORMANCE at the OLMPICS today! U wouldn't thought he just came out fr. a big serious injury. He is so tiny bit in phisical being compared to Plushenko and Evan L. but with the way he skated today, he looks enormous on the ice to me! Wow! for his artistry and emotion! Awe with the way he landed his jumps, and AWESOME footwork!..you are still the best to me! Kudos and applause for JAPAN's ACE!!! GO for the GOLD DAISUKE! 頑張れ 大輔!!!

Love it. Imagine his scores if he landed the quad and didn't make those little mistakes in the program. I think he's still conscious the fact that he's coming right out of a knee injury. Even with the miss quad and little mistakes, he probably would have won if he did a triple axel/triple toe combo instead of a triple axel/double toe
