  • F. Schubert really was a genius. You can hear the spinning-wheel spin and spin: It stops for awhile and then again continues very hypnotic!

  • The emotion in this performance seems so real that I can picture a real woman in this situation saying those words even though they are sung!

  • very good interpretation, well sung and very "vivid', almost like an opera aria. The German is not perfect but it doesn't disturb at all because this singer really takes away your breath, beautiful voice and very much in control. The pianist plays if she is sitting at a real spinningwheel, technically very good and following the singer perfectly. I really love this performance!

  • I don't understand why this interpretation has only 3 1/2 stars ...

It's a really good interpretation, you've got it:

"... sein Händedruck, und ach, sein Kuß!"

    Your german pronounciation is exzellent!

    Compliments also for the pianist!

  • compelling.

  • Really nice interpretation!

  • Sie haben einen italienischen namen aber ich weiss nicht ob SIe italielisch wie ich sind.

Ich wollte nur sagen: beim hoeren Sie, HABE ICH GEWEINT.

    Congratulations, an absolutely great performance.

  • yeah, it is a bit fast, but really cool. The pianist is good too

  • Yup. The music was meant to sound like that. It get huge and faster at the climax, pauses, then starts again.

    Very genius indeed.

  • great song, really! I'll sing that Kunstlied for my final exam in solo singing, so she's a great help ;-)

  • Who is this singer? I don't mean the name.Should I know her?

I think that she is eccelent but the tempo is a little too fast!!
