he panics cuz he doesnt get off the water in time forceing him to pull further back and further back on the wheel until he gets off the water then his attitude towards the sky is to high resulting in a stall.

No, fortunately. I read the NTSB report and the pilot, is wife and, I think, two kids walked away from the accident. Obviously, the crash wasn't intentional, but I think the performance for the video was. Why would anyone in his right mind take off towards the shore like that.
