I met Sensei Mina last week and she did a kata demonstration and helped Kiyoshi Yamazaki with teaching a seminar. She's absolutely amazing!

i know have three different bo staff forms, one of which is these, i however study a slightly more complex style in the way that we use much more fluency within our forms, i did however enjoy seeing how the form may vary with different styles of karate. Also, i have recieved my black belt as well, not an easy task, so congratulations.
