Pro Danny Tombs demonstrates neck rolling exercises. These exercises are for building neck strength and flexibility. Do not do these exercises if you have a history of back or neck problems. Start off steady over working these exercises or doing them incorrectly can cause injury.

  • @rliriano31 you could say this about any form of exercise. If you are tired and do not have the strength to bench press properly you could injure your back, neck, chest or shoulder. If you go for a run and you are tired and do not have the strength to lift your feet properly you could injure your feet, ankles, knees, hips or back. I am assuming from your statement that you believe no form of exercise or activity should be promoted because if you are tired you could injure yourself.

  • Good way to get a receding hairline and bald patch at the back.

  • @oneloveyalls the surface Danny is using is a padded BJJ matts which provide a level of padding. If your head still hurts try using more basic exercises for a while to build up core strength

  • @UFN100 oh ok thanx also like all the pressure goes to my head when doing those and my head kind of hurts. is that normal i put a pillow but still

  • @oneloveyalls You can do the first 2 exercises with your knees on the ground or with your hands for support to reduce the intensity. We will making a basic neck exercise video next week so keep an eye out for that

  • @GCHILE The track was produced by John Marlow especially for us to use

  • I'd like to know the name of the track used in this video!

  • @UFN100 he these exercises seem advanced any beginner exercises to build up the strength to do these

  • Mike Tyson used to do this stuff and he because of that was a good punch taker! Because if you got a strong neck you can absorb better the punches trown at your head!

  • @UFN100 Wow. Just 8 times a month will yield good results or ......noticable results?????

  • this is sick!

  • wth how is it possible that your neck don't break when doing such exerciseS?
