plastic containers sometimes give their contents a plasticy taste. If possibe always use glass

Paper filter takes all the oils and flavors from the coffee. Bad!!!!!!!!

except that coffee made this way tastes waaaay better than drip machine coffee - mainly because the water is cooler, and the pot is not sitting on a heat source
This is a time consuming way to do things though when you could use a french press or moka pot instead for vastly superior coffee
