This glitch happened to me as well. No clue how it happened but I know it was during campaign. Somehow I transferred the glitch into multiplayer. Not even joking about this. Look at my blue shotgun video....(no im not advertising)

yeah in the cut scenes marcus was all blue except for his armor and plus the water was really fucked up =p....but it was pretty cool
