When in the squat pose, I get my feet flat, but feel like I don't have any weight in my big toes to keep my balance. How can I correct? Thank you SO much for the fantastic practice!

15 years!! And I wasn't always this way--not by a long shot. Flexibility comes in time. Until then..chip away at it! xoSadie
