it's not a beglian chatshow... it's a skit of a belgian comedyshow... in de gloria...

or just look at it... you don't even have to speak the language to see how surreal, tacky and over the top this all looks.. the overly whiney and miserable way of speaking, the horrendous set design (in de gloria is from 2000 but the fictional talk show in this clip is set in the 80s), the reactions of the audience, etc.

so nope, this isn't real... at al. we know our own actors and this is typical surreal flemish humour.

This asides, if you have your testicles removed before puberty you don't have an adam's apple or facial hair. If they are removed when you are an adult, you keep the adam's apple and hair. Or did you think it falls out? :)
