11/23/2011. I use burpees as my main conditioning exercise. I think it's one of the best, so it's number 1 for me. I started counting burpees on 1/1/2010 without any defined goal in mind. What has evolved so far, is that I've challenged myself to do 400,000 burpees by 7/4/2025 (my 70th birthday). I need to maintain a pace of about 500 reps each week. I'm on my way.
@vasquezruffino Thanks. I went back and forth about doing this video, but in the end, I decided to capture the moment. It might be pretty cool to have in about 14 years. Hope things are going well for you.
