  • i believe this is the type of attachment that i have with my mom. My mom isnt very maternal at all and i was way closer to my dad, but after my parents got a divorce i was basically stuck with my mom...

  • When he said that about a caregiver not having the intention to know the person, it was weird to have someone describe the way my H who has Avoidant Personality Disorder, seems to have treated me in many ways! Even though we have been married since 1985, quite often when he falsely accuses me of something I ask myself if he knows me, or ever really knew, or if he just learned how to manipulate me!

  • NeuroScience, Attachment, etc. in simple words. Dan do it GREAT !!!

  • good but there should also be an example of a child in order for us to better understand

  • I think it might be more like "as if" it's not created, or it is created in a unbalanced mannor. In a sense it really isn't: the sense Dr. Daniel gives to mental health. But I think subjectivity might be unavoidable, even if just for an unajusted personality like say misantropic based (self/human-hatred) subjectivity, and/or some sort of unaware (of the self) subjectivity.

    Just saying..
