I've been working on this piece on and off for about a month. I wanted to record it earlier but then college exams came and I never really had time to do it.
The backing track is the original recording with Yngwie's guitar drowned out by the orchestra.
And oh God isn't it hard! This short piece of music has put me way out there in the non-comfort zone, mostly because I can't sweep at all! It took me many, many, many tries to record it, and I'm not even kidding if I say I can't listen to that sweeping part anymore because it's just like ramming an ice pick through my ears.
I'm really happy with the very last note though! I think it came out good! :D
As always, my pc was jerking while recording the video (lost 2Gigs of memory there so it might be more obvious). Ah, the times of a separate camera and playing using an amp, it was so much easier!

@EvanMcCouryGuitar
Oh I watched the video with Yngwie playing it a lot. I made some parts "my own" so it's easier to play and the tapping part - I must have been practicing it for 2-3 weeks straight and it wasn't perfect at the time :D
Everything comes with practice mate, start slow and gradually build up.
