COLOMBIA: Would you take the risk?

I can't deny Colombia (where I'm from) has got many problems that make world see us like we were shit. But WE ARE NOT.
Colombia is really wonderful. It's culture is amazing, there are lots of things to do here, many places you can visit, many new things you can try. The only risk is you want to stay.
Stop thinking all Colombian people are drug dealers, murderers, or terrorists.
Actually, we're wonderful people who would be really grated if you came to our country!

Did you watch the entire video? This video is a tribute to your country! The beginning is funny, it's a joke! The warning for your pet and grandma? Did you take that seriously? I liked it, it's fun, and show great pictures of Colombia, and say nice things about people living there.

Unusual, surprising, but nice video. Much more interesting than the usual "dumb" tourists-targeted ones.

Colombia, like any country including the U.S. has dangerous places and you can get in trouble if you don't know what you are doing. It is more dangerous of course due to the domestic terrorists, FARC, (funded by Chavez and from drugs) but security as gotten better since Uribe was elected in 2002. I've noticed a huge difference since then. Still rural areas can be very dangerous, but the bigger cities are about as safe as U.S. cities. It is a beautiful country and the people are wonderful!
