  • THE BOXES FOR THE STILLS "U" AND THEN THE OPTION AND DRAG DOES NOT WORK

  • @AJClips2020 Once you've drawn the box, select the Move Tool (V), hold down the Option/Alt key, then drag that layer. It will duplicate the layer. If you're having difficulty, simply drag that layer onto the new layer icon in the layers palette. It works, I can assure you!
