D'oh I was wrong it's 81.24 US fluid ounces!
Extrapolate the size of the whole cone and we end up with a 10 inch high 8 inch diameter cone. Volume is 1/3*pi*r^2*h. In metric this works out to 2745.68 ml.
The calculate the volume of the "missing bit" of the cone. Which is 5 inches high and 4 inch diameter. This works out to 343.21 ml.
Subtract the two and the answer is 2402.47 ml or 81.24 US fluid ounces.

78.34 US fluid ounces
The average diamter of the cone is 6 inches so the volume is just a straight cylinder volume calculation. h*pi*r^2. In metric this is 12.7*pi*7.62^2 = 2316.67 cubic cm which converts to 78.34 US fluid ounces.
